啤酒和多潘立酮对健康人胃动力的相互影响

【摘要】 目的 :测定健康人在空腹、饮水、饮啤酒及服多潘立酮后胃电参数的变化 ,研究不同饮食成分及多潘立酮对胃电参数的影响。方法 :10名健康志愿者 ,空腹12小时后 ,记录空腹、饮水、饮啤酒及服多潘立酮后再饮水、饮啤酒的胃电图变化。结果 :健康人空腹、饮水、饮啤酒后主功率 (PDP)分别为 (346 97±341 37)dB、(786 90±556 26)dB、(469 03±513 48)dB ,饮水、饮啤酒后PDP比空腹增加 ,其中饮水后明显增加 (P<0 05) ;服多潘立酮后饮水、饮啤酒后PDP分别为 (945 89±568 64)dB和 (893 38±538 60)dB ,分别比空腹、单纯饮水、饮啤酒升高 (P<0 05) ,但两者之间差异无显著性 (P>0 05) ;服药后饮酒与空腹的功率比 (PRI) ,与服药后饮水与空腹的功率比 (PR2)之间差异无显著性 (P>0 05)。结论 :健康人餐后胃电振幅升高可能与试餐食物的状态及热卡和营养成分均有关 ;多潘立酮可使健康人餐后振幅升高 ,有促进胃动力的作用 ,其作用程度与食物成分无关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the response of electrogastrogram(EGG)of normals to waster,beer and domperidone,and to study the influence of different meals and domperidone on EGG.Methods:EGG was recorded in ten healthy volunteers after fasting for twelve hours.The changes of EGG were recorded after fasting,drinking water and beer,and taking domperidone,respectively.Results:Period dominant power(PDP)after fasting,drinking water and beer were(346.97±341.37)dB,(786.90±556.26)dB,(469.03±513.48)dB,respectively.PDP of drinking water and beer after taking domperidone were(945.89±568.64)dB and(893.38±538.60)dB,Water as well as domperidone induced a sigˉnificant postprandial increase(P<0.05),while beer induced a slight increase of the PDP above the fasting level.There was no statistical difference between PDP of drinking water and beer(P>0.05).Power ratio of drinking water and beer(after domperidone/fsting)was not significantly difˉferent(P>0.05).Conclusion:EGG changes seem to be dependent on the consistency,the caloric and nutrient composition of the testing meals.Domperidone can improve the intensity of gastric dynamic,which has no relationship with the meal constituency.
