【摘要】 目的　探索难治性血小板减少性紫癜廉价而有效的治疗方法。方法　在激素减撤过程中加用“益气凉血汤”联合治疗难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜。结果　治疗前 4 5例患者血小板计数平均为 17.31± 8.70× 10 9/L ,经激素治疗后血小板上升至 5 7.5 3± 2 4 .5 0× 10 9/L ,治疗前后比较 ,血小板上升明显 (P <0 .0 1)。开始减撤激素时 ,病例随机分为两组 ,一组加用“益气凉血汤”设为治疗组 ,另一组不加者设为对照组。观察 2月后 ,治疗组血小板平均为 37.72± 2 1.0 4× 10 9/L ,,对照组血小板平均为 2 5 .0 1± 15 .5 0× 10 9/L ,尽管两组血小板均明显下降 ,但治疗组下降幅度小 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。且治疗组中 ,激素减撤较对照组快 ,其血小板计数与年龄呈负相关。进一步随访发现 ,治疗组血小板计数仍显著高于对照组。结论　“益气凉血汤”治疗难治性ITP ,不但疗效肯定 ,而且激素减撤速度快 ,是一种可供选择的治疗难治性ITP廉价而有效的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effeicency and unexpensive way to treat refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).Method “Yiqiliangxuetang”was given combine with adrenl cortical hormone to treat refractory ITP.Result Before treatment, the platelet count of patients ITP was 17.31±8.70×109/L. It reached to 57.53±24.50×109/L after adrenl cortical hormone (P<0.05).Decreasing of Platelet was parallel to the withdrawing of adrenl cortical hormone,but the number of platelet in group of patients who received tranditional Chinese herbs was higher than those with adrenl contical hormone(P<0.05).Our studies also domenstrated that the young patients had good prognosis. Conclusion “Yiqiliangxuetang”is effective and unexpensive for refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.更多还原
