【摘要】 目的　观察依那普利联合伊贝沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的临床疗效。方法　 10 0例CHF患者在洋地黄 ,利尿剂等药物治疗基础上随机分为依那普利与伊贝沙坦联合应用组 (A组 ) ,和单用依那普利的对照组 (B组 ) ,治疗前、与治疗后3个月、6个月 ,分别进行心功能 (NYHA)分级评估 ,应用超声心动图检查进行对照。结果　与治疗前相比 ,治疗后 3个月、6个月两组心功能及心脏结构均有显著改善。但A组比B组改善更显著。且随着治疗时间延长效果更显著。结论　依那普利联合伊贝沙坦治疗CHF能更显著改善疗效 ,且可逆转心室重构 ,可作为治疗CHF的一线药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of enalapril with irbesartan for treatment of congestive heart failure(CHF). Method All 100 patients with CHF were treated with digitalis and diuretics, and divided randomly into group A(enalapril accompanied with irbesartan) and group B(only used enalapril). 3,6 months before and after treatment, NYHA class and echocardiogtraphy were performed.Result After treated for 3,6 months,compared with former treatment, the cardiac function and cardiac atructure improved markedly in both groups, but that of group A improved more significantly than that of group B, and the efficacy is obvious with long treatment, Conclusion Enalapril accompanied with irbesartan can markedly improve the clinical therapeutic efficacy to the patients with CHF, and it can reverse remodeling of left ventricle, it can serve as a promising drug for treating CHF.更多还原
