【摘要】 目的　探讨化脓性肝脓肿 (PLA)CT平扫及增强扫描的影像学特点。方法　回顾性分析 4 4例经穿刺活检、手术病理或临床随访证实的PLA患者CT及临床资料。结果　 4 4例PLA患者多有发热、腹痛、血象异常等急性感染症状 ;2 4例PLA(5 5 % )具有典型CT表现 ,2 0例 (4 5 % )表现不典型。 4 4例中CT明确诊断PLA 37例 ,提示PLA可能 6例 ,误诊为肝癌 1例。结论　CT表现比较典型的PLA ,结合临床症状诊断不难 ;而不典型PLA ,综合分析增强扫描尤其是动态和延时扫描特征可提高诊断准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate CT features of pyogenic liver abscess(PLA).Methods The CT results and clinical presentation of 44 patients with PLA,proved by puncture drainage and operative pathology or clinical follow-up,were analyzed retrospectively.Results Acute affective symptoms such as fever,bellyache and blood abnormality could be found in most patient of our study;Typical CT manifestation appeared in 24 cases(55%) of PLA,while there were atypical findings in the other 20 cases(45%).37 of 44 cases PLA got identified CT diagnosis;6 cases were diagnosed indefinitely,1 case misdiagnosed as hepatocyte carcinoma.Conclusion PLA with typical CT features and clinic symptom is not difficult to diagnose;for those atypical PLA,combining with the character of dynamic enhanced and delayed CT,is helpful to improve the veracity of PLA diagnosis.更多还原
