高速电钻下鼻甲骨磨削术50例
High speed electric burr abrading procedure for inferior tubinate bone hypertrophy(50 cases report)
【摘要】 目的 探讨高速电钻下鼻甲骨磨削术治疗下鼻甲肥大的临床效果。方法 于下鼻甲前端作1cm直或L切口,用3万转/分高速电钻插入切口达下鼻甲骨.自下而上,自前而后磨削,直达下甲后端有落空感时即停,生理盐水冲洗术腔。结果 全部有效,鼻塞消失或显著减轻。50例中47例一次性成功。结论 该法为下鼻甲骨切除的改良法。简便易行、速度快、效果好.值得推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-speed electric burr abrading procedure for inferior turbinate bone hypertrophy. Methods A 1.0-1.5cm vertical ,or"L" shaped,incision is made on the anterior end of the inferior turbinate at first. Then,the bur was inserted into the incision to touch the turbinate bone for abrading the hypertrophied bone in the way from the upper to the lower and from the anterior to the posterior. Finally,irrigation was made to the operative cavity with normal saline. Results All the cases were effective with nasal obstruction disappeared or improved significantly, of the 50 cases, 47 were seen effective following the procedure only once. Conclusions This procedure is simple in operation short period of operating and better in its efficacy. It can be taken as a modified way of inferior turbinecton.
