白藜芦醇及白藜芦醇烟酸酯的合成(英文)
Synthesis of Resveratrol and Resveratrol Trinicotinate
【摘要】 目的 合成一种前药白藜芦醇烟酸酯。方法 在金属锂片和催化量的萘的存在下 ,3 ,5 二甲氧基苯甲醛与对甲氧基苯甲醇的三甲基硅醚反应经过一系列转变得到白藜芦醇 ,白藜芦醇与烟酰氯反应得到白藜芦醇烟酸酯。结果 设计并合成了白藜芦醇烟酸酯。结论 提供了一种合成白藜芦醇及白藜芦醇烟酸酯的方法 ,采用KHSO4 脱水可选择性的得到反式产物。
【Abstract】 AimTo synthesize a new prodrug, resveratrol tr inicotinate. MethodsIn presence of lithium and a catalyt ic amount of naphthalene, the reaction of p-methoxybenzyl trimethylsilyl ether and 3,5-dimethoxylbenzaldehyde gave resveratrol after a series of translation. Resveratrol trinicotinate was obtained by the reaction of resveratrol and nicoti noyl chloride hydrochloride. ResultsA mutual prodrug resveratr ol trinicotinate was designed and synthesized. ConclusionA no vel method for synthesis of resveratrol and resveratrol trinicotinate has been a fforded. The E-isomer is selectivily obtained by dehydration of the compou nd 2 with KHSO 4.
