【摘要】 优选庐山石韦中总黄酮类化合物的提取工艺 .以芦丁为对照品 ,就微波提取法、碱提酸析法、丙酮提取法、乙醇提取法对庐山石韦中总黄酮类化合物的提取效果进行了比较 ,并采用正交试验 ,以提取物中总黄酮得率为指标进行试验 .结果表明庐山石韦中总黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺为 :2 0倍量的 5 5 %乙醇溶液在 80℃条件下浸提 5h .总黄酮的得率为 5 .91 % .更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimum extracting process for general flavonoids from Pyrrosia sheari (Bak) Ching has been studied.Lutin is employed as a stansard sample for determination of general flavonoids from pyrrosia sheareri.The optimum extracting procedure was selected with the content and extraction efficiency of general flavonoids from Pyrrosia sheari (Bak) Ching by different methods and orthogonal test design. Result showed that the optimum extracting conditions were determined with 20 times of 55% alcohol leaching 5 h in 80 ℃, and the yield of GF was 5.91%.更多还原
