氟化物玻璃陶瓷中Er的上转换特性
Upconversion Characteristic from Er Doped Fluorid Glass Pottery
【摘要】 Er3+掺杂在多种氟化物基质中制作成能量上转换材料 .样品在 980nm的红外光激发下发出较强的多波段的可见光 ,且肉眼可见 .分析了实验样品稀土Er3+上转换可见光各波段的谱线 ,给出了能级跃迁机制 ,并根据样品中稀土Er3+摩尔分数的不同其上转换发光强度不同 ,分析了掺入稀土元素的浓度对能量上转换效率的影响
【Abstract】 Er3+ doped multi-component fluoride materials were prepared for upconversion in vestigation.Under 980 nm in trared excitation,visibe upconvertcd luminescence at different band heve been observed.the upconverson emission is strong enongh to be observed by naked eyes.the upconversion mechanisms for these emissions are discussed and the channels realizing the upconversion emissions are put forward.The influenee of doping concentration on upconversion efficiency has also been analysed.
