20号钢热拉伸流变特性的研究(Ⅰ)
Study on the Rheological Properties of Steel 20 under Thermal Tension (Part I)
【摘要】 对 2 0号钢在较宽的温度范围 (2 0~ 5 0 0℃ )、较低的应变速率下 (10 - 4~ 10 - 1 ) s进行了一系列恒温恒应变速率实验 ,对实验结果进行了分析 ,并修正了Johnson -Cook模型 ,得出了 2 0号钢的高温流变应力模型参数 ,为该材料流变成形数值模拟奠定了基础
【Abstract】 In this paper, a series of experiments under lower strain rates in the range of (10-4~10-1)/s and at constant temperature in the range of 20~500 ℃ was done on the steel 20. The result was analyzed and the model parameters of steel 20 under high temperature rheological stress was obtained by revising the Johnson-Cook model, which offer a good preparation for the numericalsimulation of this material.
