【摘要】 目的 观察益肾解毒胶囊防治顺铂致早期肾损害的疗效。方法 将观察患者随机分为观察组(含顺铂化疗方案+益肾解毒胶囊)和对照组(含顺铂化疗方案),观察顺铂化疗期间尿微量白蛋白与肌酐的比值(MAB/C)、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶与肌酐的比值(NAG/C)及血BUN、SCr的变化。于化疗前和化疗开始后第14天各检查1次。试验期为2个周期,每周期4周。结果 两组治疗开始后14 d与治疗前的MAB/C、NAG/C差值相比,差异显著(P<0.01、P<0.05),观察组优于对照组,第1周期和第2周期结果相似(P<0.01、P<0.01)。而对血BUN、SCr等各项生化指标的影响,观察组和对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 中药益肾解毒胶囊对顺铂引起的早期肾损害有明显的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Yishen Jiedu capsule (YSJD) on the DDP-induced renal damage through clinical observation. Method The patients were divided into 2 groups. The treatment group (T-group) is treated by DDP chemotherapy and YSJD. The contract group (C-group) is treated only by DDP chemotherapy. The ratio of urine micro-albulin and creatine (MAB/C), urinal N-acetyl-β-D-aminoglycoase and creatinine (NAG/C), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and serum creatinine (SCr) are observed. The tests were taken before and 14 days after the treatment. The study took 2 cycles, 4 weeks each cycle. Results Obvious differences of the ratios of MAB/C and NAG/C were found between before and 14 days after treatment, while the result of T-group was better than C-group (P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). The results of the first and the second cycle had no obvious difference. No obvious difference of BUN and SCr was found between T-group and C-group. Conclusion YSJD has protective effect on the incipient DDP-induced renal damage.更多还原
