【摘要】 目的 研究逐瘀胶囊的制备工艺。方法 以L9(34)正交设计,采用水提醇沉法,优选水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油及挥发油β-CD包合的最佳工艺。结果 挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:加水10倍、7倍,提取2次,分别为4、3 h。最佳包合工艺为:挥发油与β-CD的比例为1∶10,包合温度40 ℃,包合时间1.5 h。水提静沉工艺优于水提醇沉工艺。结论 逐瘀胶囊的制备工艺符合现代制剂的有关要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on preparation of Zhuyu Capsule. Methods The best techniques for essential oil extracted by steam distillation andβ-CD inclusion were obtained by L9(34) orthogonal test. The refined method was studied by water-ethanol extracting. Result The best technique for essential oil extracted by steam distillation was two times, ten and seven times water,4 h and 3 h each time.The bestinclusion was essential oil∶β-CD 1∶10, 40℃ and 1.5 h. The refined technique of cool precipitation was finer than ethanol precipitation. Conclusion The technique of Zhuyu Capsule was up to the standard of modern preparation.更多还原
