【摘要】 目的 观察温阳平喘胶囊的临床疗效,为患者提供一种简便、安全、副作用小的新型平喘制剂。方法 对支气管哮喘非急性发作期116例及进入缓解期46例患者运用温阳平喘胶囊治疗,对治疗前后的症状、体征、FEV1、血清IgE、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞进行对比观察。结果 治疗组总有效率93.1%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);同时,明显降低血清IgE、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞的水平,改善FEV1的指标。结论 温阳平喘胶囊治疗支气管哮喘有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming yang and relieving capsule which is made in this hospital, a new type preparation of relieving asthma, which is convenient, safe and with less side effects is supplied for the patients. Method Via comparison of treatment of 116 patients of non-acute episodic stage and 46 patients of remissve stage using "warming yang and relieving capsule", and their change of FEV1, serum IgE and Eosinpphil were carried through contract observation. Results Total effectiveness of observing group was 93.1%, has distinct difference comparing with contrast group (P<0.05), the level of serum IgE and Eosinpphil are reduced obviously, and improved the index of FEV1.
