【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of polysaccharides in Henan’s lilium brownii extraction. Method Content determination with phenol-vitriolic colorimetry. Result The polysaccharides content from the lilium brownii was 16.69%. Conclusion The method was found to be simple, accurate and with a good reproducibility. Recovery rate was 99.42%.更多还原
