【摘要】 目的 研究柿叶乙醇提取物对大鼠高脂血症的治疗作用。方法 采用食饵性高脂血大鼠模型,以康利脂为阳性对照药,观察柿叶乙醇提取物对血脂的影响。结果 柿叶乙醇提取物能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),并能显著升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)在血清中的含量。与阳性药康利脂相比较,柿叶乙醇提取物给药1周后的作用较低,给药2周后的作用与康利脂的作用相当,且未见毒副作用。结论 柿叶乙醇提取物对大鼠高脂血症有显著的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect of leaf of persimmon oral solution on serum lipid levels of rats with experimental hyperlipemia. Methods Rats were fed on high fat forage for 2 weeks to make the model of hyperlipemia, two of the model groups were orally given leaf of persimmon oral solution in doses of 25 and 100 mg/kg of body weight respectively. Serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were assayed before and after 1 and 2 weeks of administration. Results Levels of serum TG, TG, LDL-C were lowered and HDL-C were increased in the two dosage groups. Conclusion Leaf of persimmon oral solution could lower serum lipid in rats with hyperlipemia.更多还原
