【摘要】 目的 揭示加味真武汤对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)少阴病阳虚水停证兔血流动力学的影响。方法 先给兔灌服寒凉药7 d,再结扎冠状动脉,缩窄升主动脉口径,建立CHF少阴病阳虚水停证兔模型,设立中药组、西药组、中西药结合组及空白组,观察比较治疗后各组兔的心率及血流动力学指标。结果 给药1 min后,西药组、中西药组出现心率减慢,左室内压、左室内压最大上升速率降低,与中药组及空白组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05),中药组5 min时才出现上述变化,与西药组及中西药组对比无统计学意义上的差异,与空白组对比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 加味真武汤能减慢CHF少阴病阳虚水停证兔的心率,降低其左室内压及左室内压最大上升速率,但其作用较缓慢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effects of Jiaweizhenwutang injection on hemodynamics in rabbits with congestive heart failure belonged to Yang-deficiency and Water-stagnation of Shaoyin Disease. Methods By first infusing large dose cold nature drugs, followed by ligaturing the anterior descending branch of left coronary artery and gradually narrowing down their aortic caliber. The rabbits with Yang-deficiency and Water-stagnation of Shaoyin Disease in CHF was successfully established. The rabbits were divided into four groups:drug group, western medicine group, drug and western medicine group, control group. The heart rate and hemodynamics were measured. Results After 1 min, the heart rate was significantly slower, the left intraventricular pressure and the maximal increase velocity of its left ventricular pressure in western medicine group and drug and western medicine group were significantly lower than that in drug group and control group (P<0.05). The drug group appeared the same changes after 5 min. Conclusion Jiaweizhenwutang injection could slow heart rate, lower the left intraventricular pressure and the maximal increase velocity of its left ventricular pressure. But it’s action was slow.更多还原
