【摘要】 目的 研究丹柏四逆颗粒剂(SGA)抗菌作用、对动物胆汁排泄及胆囊感染模型动物白细胞数的影响。方法 豚鼠含药血清体外杀菌实验,小鼠胆囊称重及胆囊感染模型豚鼠胆汁细菌计数、白细胞计数。结果 各血清组均呈现一定程度的杀菌作用,SGA[原药材量18g/(kg·d),ig]与庆大霉素联合给药组血清混合大肠杆菌18h后平板上无细菌生长。SGA、SGA与庆大霉素联合给药组均可在豚鼠感染后12h提高白细胞计数。SGA可减少胆囊感染豚鼠胆汁需氧菌数[18g/(kg·d),ig](P<0.05),可减轻小鼠胆囊重量[4.5g/(kg·d),ig]。结论 丹柏四逆颗粒剂有抗菌、排胆、升高白细胞作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Sini granule with additives (SGA) on B bile excretion, antibacteria and leukocyte count. Methods Adopt the tests of bactericide in drug-containing serum in cavy, of weighting gallbladder in mice, bacteria count in B bile, and leukocyte counts in animal model of cholecystitis. Result The drug-containing serum mixed E.coli culture from the group of combined application of SGA [18g crude drug/(kg·d), ig] and gentamycin shows no bacteria to grow on plate agar in eighteen hours. The high dose group, gentamycin group and group of combined application of SGA and gentamycin possess action on raising leukocyte count in animal model of cholecystitis which is infected by bacteria in twelve hours. It shows the actions on cutting the weight of gallbladder [4.5g/(kg·d), ig] in mice and reducing the number of aerobe in animal model of cholecystitis (P<0.05). Conclusion SGA possesses actions on speeding B bile excretion, antibacteria and raising leukocyte count.更多还原
