【摘要】 目的探讨2型糖尿病中医辨证分型与红细胞CD35粘附活性及数量表达的关系。方法检测58例2型糖尿病患者和27例健康人的红细胞CD35粘附活性及数量表达。结果2型糖尿病患者红细胞CD35粘附活性及数量表达明显低于健康对照组(P<0.01);燥热伤肺型、胃燥津伤型、肾阴亏虚型的红细胞CD35粘附活性及数量表达依次下降,肾阴亏虚型明显低于燥热伤肺型和胃燥津伤型(P<0.001和P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者红细胞CD35粘附活性及数量表达紊乱,其与2型糖尿病中医辨证分型,特别是肾阴亏虚型密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between syndrome-type in TCM with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and erythrocytes CD35 adhesive active, quantitative expression. Methods Erythrocytes CD35 adhesive active, quantitative expression were determined in 58 patients of type 2 DM and 27 normal controls. Result Erythrocytes CD35 sdhesivs active, quantitative expression in type 2 DM patients were significantly lower than normal control group (P<0.01). Erythrocytes CD35 adhesive active, quantitative expression of Dry Heat Impairing Lung (DHIL), Gastric Dry with Impairing of Fluid (GDIF) and Asthenia of Renal Yin (ARY) gradual decrease tended, ARY were significantly lower than DHIL (P<0.001) and GDIF (P<0.05). Conclusions Erythrocytes CD35 adhesive active, quantitative expression in type 2 DM disorder. It had closely relationship with syndrome-type in TCM with type 2 DM, especially ARY.更多还原
