【摘要】 目的进行中药清醇健肝胶囊防治酒精性肝病(下简称“酒精肝”)的临床和实验研究。方法实验包括营养成分含量测定、急性毒性试验2个方面。临床对照试验治疗酒精肝36例,对照组37例,正常人群饮酒量试验12例次。结果营养成分含量测定表明其含多种维生素、黄酮和葛根素等。急性毒性试验治疗组总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01),对TC、TG、ALT疗效也高于对照组(P<0.05)。正常人群饮酒量试验发现,清醇健肝胶囊能提高饮酒量20%。结论清醇健肝胶囊在解酒降脂方面具有明显疗效,且无副作用,可用于酒精肝的预防和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical and experimental study on Qingchun Jiangan Capsule (QCJG) prevention and cure of alcoholic liver disease. Methods This experimental study contained nutrition composition and acute poisonousness. 36 cases of alcoholic liver disease were treated in clinical trial. Results The total effective rates is 91.67% in trial group, higher than the control group obviously (P<0.01). The experiment of normal crowd drinking wine discover that QCJG can raise 20%. Conclusion Synthesizing the three sides material, the results is making known that QCJG have particularly effective in the fields of quenches wine and protect liver. QCJG can be used to prevent and cure of alcoholic liver disease.更多还原
