山羊心脏二尖瓣复合体的形态学观测
Morphologic observation of mitral complex of goat heart
【摘要】 目的 观测山羊心脏二尖瓣复合体的解剖结构 ,为比较解剖学积累资料。方法 利用大体解剖方法观测山羊二尖瓣复合体的形态结构。结果 山羊心脏二尖瓣复合体由二尖瓣瓣环、瓣膜、腱索和乳头肌构成 ,二尖瓣瓣环周长为 4 7.0 0± 7.39mm ,前瓣的高度为 7.93± 2 .0 3mm ,宽度为 2 1.5 8± 4 .17mm ,后瓣的高度为 9.89± 1.90mm ;宽度分别为 2 0 .6 1± 4 .2 2mm ;前乳头肌起始点至前瓣、后瓣和后内侧连合的腱索条数分别为 5 .0 6± 1.71,3.19± 1.11,1.2 5± 0 .4 8;后乳头肌起始点附着于前瓣、后瓣和前外侧连合的腱索条数分别为 4 .5 0± 1.88,4 .16± 1.84 ,1.32± 0 .5 4。结论 山羊心脏二尖瓣复合体的各结构与人类相似 ,但形态有特异性
【Abstract】 Objective To observe and measure the anatomical structure of mitral complex in goat,in order to accumulate data for comparative zootomy.Method The morphology and structure of mitral complex in goat were observed and measured with grossl anatomical method.Results The mitral complex of goat was composed of the mitral ring and valve,chordae tendinease and papillary muscles.The length of the mitral ring was 47.00±7.39 mm;the average height of anterior valves was 7.93±2.03 mm,the width of anterior valves was 21.58±4.17 mm;the average height of posterior valves was 9.89±1.90 mm,the width of posterior valves was 20.61±4.22 mm;the average numbers of chordae tendinease from anterior papillary muscle to anterior leaflet,posterior leaflet and posterior medial commissural area were respectively 5.06±1.71,3.19±1.11,1.25±0.48;the average numbers of chordae tendinease from posterior papillary muscle to anterior valve, posterior valve and anterior lateral commissural area were respectively 4.50±1.88,4.16±1.84,1.32±0.54.Conclusion The mitral complex of goat heart is similar to that of human heart in morphology and structure,in spite of the differences in configuration,had its diathesis.
