【摘要】 目的　探讨突变 p5 3(mp5 3)及N ras蛋白在老年急性非淋巴细胞白血病 (ANLL)中的表达及临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化检测mp5 3、N ras蛋白在老年ANLL中的表达水平。结果　mp5 3、N ras蛋白在老年ANLL表达率分别为 (5 6 .12± 2 1.38) %、(5 3.77± 18.4 6 ) % ,在青壮年组的表达为 (45 .37± 18.4 6 ) %、(44 .2 5± 17.36 ) % ,两组间比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,均高于正常对照组。mp5 3、N ras蛋白在老年ANLL未缓解组的表达率高于完全缓解组。结论　mp5 3、N ras蛋白的高表达与ANLL的发病有关 ,是老年ANLL预后不良的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression levels and significant of mutation p53(mp53) and N-ras protein in the aged acute non-lymphocyte cell leukemia(ANLL)patients.Methods Immunohitochemistry was used to detect the expression of mp53 and N-ras protein in 38 aged ANLL patients.Results The positive rate of mp53 and N-ras protein expression were(56.12±21.38)%,(53.77±18.46)% in the aged leukemia group and(45.37±18.46)%,(44.25±17.36)% in the young group,demonstrating a siginificant difference (P<0.05).Both levels were higher in non-remission than in complete remission in the aged group.Conclusion High-expression of mp53 and N-ras protein are associoated with the etiopathology of leukemia and one of causes of poorer prognosis for aged ANLL patients.更多还原
