【摘要】 目的　通过增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA )在胃癌、癌前病变中的表达与分布 ,探讨PCNA在胃癌发展中的作用机制和临床意义。方法　应用S P免疫组化法检测 3 1例胃癌、16例癌前病变 (11例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生 ,5例非典型增生 )中PCNA的表达。结果　胃癌PCNA表达高于癌前病变 (P <0 .0 5)。PCNA表达与胃癌淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5) ,而与胃癌的分化程度、病理分期等病理特征无明显相关 (P >0 .0 5)。结论　PCNA表达是胃癌演变过程中的早期分子生物学事件 ,检测胃癌细胞中PCNA的表达水平对判定预后具有一定临床意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mechanism and clinical s ig nificance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) by evaluating the PCNA ex pression and distribution in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesion. Methods S-P immunohistochemical assay was used to detect the expressio n of PCNA in 31 cases of gastric carcinomas and 16 cases of precancerous lesions (11 chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and 5 atypical hyperp lasias).Results The expression of PCNA in gastric carcinoma was higher than that in precancerous lesion (P<0.05). There was a positive corr elation between the expression of PCNA and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05),bu t the expression of the PCNA was not statistic difference in degree of differen tiation, pathological stage of gastric carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of PCNA is a early molecular biology event in the devel opment of gastric carcinoma. Detection of expression level of PCNA in gastric ca rcinoma has a certain clinical significance in judging prognosis.更多还原
