基于工业以太网的嵌入式控制器的研究——基于Rabbit2000实现Modbus/TCP协议的相关技术
Study on Embedded Controller Based on Industrial Ethernet ──The Implementation Technology of Modbus/TCP on the Controller of Rabbit 2000
【摘要】 首先阐述了工业以太网和嵌入式技术的发展趋势 ,提出采用相对简单且开放的Modbus/TCP协议嵌入Rabbit2 0 0 0控制器 .通过修改TCP管理层的参数设置 ,并提出一组实现规则 ,来增强通讯的可靠性和实时性 .然后采用开发系统DynamicC实现Modbus/TCP协议的组件模型和功能 .最后提取主要的功能码以达到简化协议、增强控制器性能的目的 .
【Abstract】 The development trend of industrial Ethernet and embedded system technology is introduced. And the simple and open Modbus/TCP protocol is embedded into the Rabbit 2000 controller. The reliability and real time performance are improved by modifying the parameters of the TCP layer and presenting a group of implementation rules. In addition, the development system Dynamic C is adopted to implement the module and function of Modbus/TCP. Finally the main function codes are extracted to simplify the protocol and to enhance the performance of the controller.
