【Abstract】 In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement of digital oscilloscope,aiming at its digital characteristics,the collectivity scheme is discussed firstly,then subentry verification method is adopted to evaluate digital oscilloscope,in which the verification items such as time base,and bandwidth and rise time are described in detail. Relatively comprehensive verification scheme on the hardware equipment condition in being is given,which has strong practical value.更多还原
