智能导航CAD系统的模块化、构件重用与面向对象实现

【摘要】 针对典型机械零部件设计的特点 ,将智能导航与 CAD相结合 ,以螺旋传动软件开发为例 ,详细介绍智能导航CAD系统的开发方法 ,该系统具有启发式设计功能、强大的容错和纠错能力、人机交互功能等 ,实现了对设计过程的智能导航 ,体现了设计过程的反复性和动态性的特点 .利用模块化、构件重用的开发方法及面向对象的可视化开发工具Delphi5 .0 ,解决了设计资料分布式查询、设计结果动态生成和设计过程动态存储等问题 ,并缩短了开发周期

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of typical mechanical component design, intelligent navigation was integrated into CAD system. Taking the development of screw drive CAD system for example, the development approach of CAD system based on intelligent navigation was discussed in detail. The CAD system developed was of many key functions, such as illuminative design, mistake identification and correction, and so on. The intelligent navigation of design process is achieved, embodying the dynamic and recurrent characteristics of the typical mechanical component design process. Modularization, component reuse and object-oriented developing tool Delphi5 were used to inquire distributed design database, generate design results dynamically, and save design process dynamically. Consequently, the development period of the CAD system of typical mechanical components based on intelligent navigation is shortened greatly.
