斜齿轮精确建模及有限元模态分析
The precise modeling and finite element mode analysis of helical gear
【摘要】 通过三维造型软件UG实现渐开线斜齿轮的精确建模。采用有限元方法,研究斜齿轮的固有振动特性,分析斜齿 轮的主要振动类型,所得结论反映了斜齿轮的动力学性能,为振动响应求解做了必要的准备。
【Abstract】 The precise modeling of involute helical gear is obtained by using UG software. The finite element method is used to investigate the intrinsic vibration of helical gear and major modes of the gear are analyzed. The conclusions have indicated the dynamics performance of the gear and given necessary preparation for the solution of the vibration response.
