基于快速原型的等离子喷涂制模工艺
Mold manufacturing process based on rapid prototype by plasma spray
【摘要】 用基于快速原型制模技术 (RP)的等离子喷涂制模技术制造不锈钢模具。和传统钢制模具相比 ,该工艺具有模具开发周期短 ,成本低等特点 ,适于新产品的开发和单件小批量急需产品的生产。介绍这种工艺的原理 ,讨论成形的技术关键。运用该工艺完成了不锈钢快速模具试制 ,喷涂层厚度达到 5mm ,表面硬度达到 3 4 4HRC ,抛光后粗糙度达到Ra0 2 μm。
【Abstract】 The stainless steel rapid mold is manufactured by RP and plasma spray technology.Compared with the traditional method,the technique has the advantages of a short cycle and low cost etc.Therefore,it quite fits for the new product development and single unit job lot urgent parts production.Introduced the principle of the technique and discussed its critical technologies.A stainless steel rapid mould was made by the technique,its stainless steel spraying layer thickness reached 5mm,its surface hardness attained 34.3HRC and surface roughness degree achieved Ra 0.2 μm after polishing.
