【摘要】 目的:用动态血压监测(ABPM)方法评价替米沙坦治疗老年轻、中度原发性高血压的降庄疗效、顺应性、安全性及耐受性。方法:采用自身对照方法,观察替米沙坦对57例老年原发性高血压患者服药前和服药后24周末的24h、白昼、夜间及各时点的动态血压变化及对各代谢参数的影响。结果:替米沙坦服药24周末的24h、白昼和夜间的平均收缩压、舒张压明显下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:替米沙坦是一种疗效好并能平稳、持续、安全降压的药物特别适合老年原发性高血压患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Evaluation of curative effect, safety and tolerance of telmisartan in mild and moderate geriatric hypertension by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). Methods: According auto-control method the change of dynamic blood pressure before taking and 24 weeks after taking the telmisartan as well as its impact on various metabolism parameters was observed in 57 cases of geriatric hypertension. Results: Obvious reduction of average systolic pressure and diastolic pressure was observed at 24h, day and night in 24th week after taking telmisartan (P <0. 05-<0. 01). Conclusion: Telmisartan is a medicine with good, stable, curative effect and safe to reduce blood pressure, especially suitable for geriatric hypertension.更多还原
