【摘要】 目的:探讨曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病(ICM)患者心功能的影响。方法:42例ICM患者在常规疗法基础上,每日3次曲美他嗪20mg餐后分服,4周后考察临床疗效。超声心动图测定治疗前、后左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)。结果;临床有效22例(53.4％),LVEF和FS分别由0.41±0.04和0.20±0.05增至0.54±0.08和0.36±0.05(P<0.01)。未发现不良反应。结论:曲美他嗪能改善ICM患者心功能,可作为其辅助药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of trimetazidine on heart function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM). Methods: A total of 42 ICM cases took trimetazidine 20 mg after each of the three meals, besides routinetherapy. Clinical outcomes were evaluated 4 weeks latter, left ventricular ejecting fraction (LVEF) and fractionalshortening (FS) of echocardiography were measured before and after the treatment of trimetazidine. Results: Twentytwo ICM cases (53.4%) were effective after the treatment, LVEF and FS increased from 0.41±0.04 and 0.20±0.05 to 0.54±0.08 and 0.36±0.05 respectively(P<0.01). There found no adverse reactions related to the drug.Conclusion: Trimetazidine can improve the heart function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, may be as anadjuvant drug for ICM disease.更多还原
