【Abstract】 FDP is an important intermediate product in the glycometabolism of cell.It can improve energy metabolism of myocardial,decrease extracelluar Ca 2+ ,reduce peroxidation,control arrhythmia and inhibit platelet function.Several lines of evidence indicate the protective effect of FDP on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.In this article we review most of the available data concerning the progress in the studies of protective effect of FDP on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and give an insight in mechanism of action.更多还原
