【Abstract】 The author describes the main functions of the endothelial cells and introduces the detail about researches on the relationship between endothelial dysfunction and coronary heart disease in recent years abroad,including arteriosclerosis,acute myocardial infarction,restenosis,arrhythmia,et al.Furthermore,the measures of detecting and treating endothelial dysfunction are mentioned briefly.The author also gives some new ideas for the future research.更多还原
