急性冠状动脉综合征与炎性相关的生化标志物研究进展
Advances in Research of Biochemistry Markers Related to Inflammation in Acute Coronary Syndrome
【摘要】 局部或全身性炎症在急性冠状动脉综合征 (ACS)中起着重要作用。C 反应蛋白、粘附分子、CD40L、细胞因子、金属蛋白酶、核因子 κB等参与这种炎症反应过程及其调节 ,作为ACS的炎症标志物 ,在ACS的临床诊断、治疗及预后具有一定价值
【Abstract】 Local or general inflammation plays a great role in ac ute coronary syndrome(ACS).C-reactive protein,cell adhesion molecules,CD40L,cyt okines,matrix metalloproteinases,nuclear factor-κappa B are involved in the reaction courses and regulation of this inflammation.As the markers of this infl ammation,all of these are of certain value in the clinical diagnosis,treatment a nd prognosis in ACS.
