【Abstract】 After analyzing the present condition and existing problems on management system, the condition of use, dispose and allocation of state-owned houses in colleges and universities, the authors propose, expound and prove that the operative mechanism and management pattern of state-owned house resources in colleges and universities should be scientific management, reasonable use and flexible allocation.
