【摘要】 从组织的特性入手,探讨企业在技术创新过程中的组织学习行为及结果对其采用创新的影响。采用统计分析的方法对ERP技术的采纳进行实证分析,结果表明:组织采纳的一项技术创新,如果能有效在组织内部扩散,并且由具备相关知识的管理者来组织实施,组织就比较可能采用并广泛的实施该项技术创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses effects of organizational learning behaviours and results on the adoption of innovation. Through statistic analyzing, the results show that adoption and implementation of an innovation from technology supplier can be facilitated if the innovation can diffuse in organization smoothly, and can be implemented by manager with related knowledge.更多还原
