AZ91镁合金稀土表面改性的研究
Investigation of Improving Corrosion Resistance of Magnesium Alloys by Permeating Rare Earths
【摘要】 研究了采用稀土多元共渗方法提高AZ91镁合金表面耐腐蚀性能的作用。结果表明,该方法可以有效地改善镁合金表面耐全面腐蚀、点蚀的性能,提高镁合金表面在温热潮湿环境下的稳定性。经过稀土渗入处理后的镁合金,显微组织均匀、致密,有利于耐蚀性的提高。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates improving corrosion resistance of AZ91 magnesium alloy surface by permeating rare earths. The results show the method can effectively enhance uniform and pitting corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy surface, improve stability under moist atmosphere corrosion. The treatment may homogenize,densify microstructure,and further more improve the surface corrosion resistance.
