Tb对多晶Ni52.5Mn23.5Ga24合金马氏体相变和磁感生应变的影响

【摘要】 研究了添加不同量的Tb对多晶Ni52.5Mn23.5Ga24的马氏体相变和磁性能的影响,发现合金的马氏体相变温度显著提高,而在不加外应力的作用下合金的磁感生应变值却有所下降。

【Abstract】 Ferromagnetic Heusler alloy Ni2MnGa has been developed as an advanced magnetic field control actuator material and used as magnetic field-controlled shape memory effect and magnetic-field-induced strain (MFIS). However the martensitic transformation temperature of Ni2MnGa is quite lower than room temperature. The martensitic transformation and magnetic properties of a polycrystalline alloy Ni52.5Mn23.5Ga24 was investigated by adding different amount of Tb. The results show that martensitic transformation temperature was increased remarkably,while magnetic-field-induced strain was reduced.
