钕铁硼永磁体电镀Ni-P非晶态合金镀层
Ni-P Amorphous Alloy Coating of Nd-Fe-B Permanent Magnet
【摘要】 研究了钕铁硼永磁体电镀Ni-P非晶态合金镀液组成、工艺参数和工艺流程,分析了影响镀层性能的影响因素,包括电流密度、温度、镀液的pH值及亚磷酸的含量等。测定了镀层与基体的结合强度;用中性盐雾试验评定了镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明,Ni-P非晶态合金化学稳定性好,耐蚀性优异,是钕铁硼永磁体的一种理想保护镀层。
【Abstract】 The composition of plating solution,the technological parameters and process for amorphous Ni-P alloy coating of Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet were described.The factors affecting the quality of coating including current,temperature,pH value and phosphorous acid content were discussed.The cohensive strength between coating and matrix was determined,the corrosion resistance of coating was evaluated by the neutral salt spray test.It was shown that the coating was good in chemical stability and corrosion resistance,and a ideal protection coating.
