La1-x-yBaxREyMnO3(RE:Dy,Y)超细粒子的制备和其对CH4燃烧的催化性能
Preparation and Catalytic Performance of La(1-x-yBaxREyMnO3(RE = Dy, Y) Ultra-Fine Particles in Methane Combustion
【摘要】 使用Na2CO3·10H2O和NaOH为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备了钙钛矿型结构的La1-xBaxREyMnO3(RE=Dy,Y)超细粒子,具有较大的比表面积(经700,1000 ℃ 2 h分别焙烧后,其比表面积能达到47和16.9 m2·g-1;颗粒尺寸为17和68 nm)。该超细粒子随LaMnO3中A位的La3+被Ba2+及稀土元素(Dy3+,Y3+)部分取代后,显示出良好的热稳定性及对CH4完全燃烧的高活性。
【Abstract】 La1-x-yBaxREyMnO3(RE : Dy, Y) catalysts with single perovskite structure were prepared by a Na2CO3 ·10H2O-NaOH coprecipitation method. The prepared catalysts exhibit higher surface area and thermally more stable than LaMnO3, and their surface areas are close to 47 and 16.9 m2·g-1, and the averageparticle sizes are close to 17 and 68 nm upon calcinations at 700 and 1000 ℃ respectively. When La3+ in LaMnO3 substituted with Ba2+ , Y3+ and Dy3+ , their thermal stability are improved effectively and they exhibit higher activity for CH4 total oxidation.
