Fe(Co)-Nd-M-B软磁金属玻璃的非晶形成能力和软磁性能
Glass Formation Ability and Magnetic Properties of Fe(Co)-Nd-M-B Glassy Alloys
【Abstract】 Glass formation ability and magnetic properties of Fe(Co)-Nd-M-B glassy alloys were investigated. The substitution of 2% elements TM(=Nb, Ta, Mo and W) for Fe and Co increases crystallization temperature Tx and decreases the onset temperature of solidification Tm, leading to a significant increase in the thermal stability against crystallization for Fe(Co)-Nd-B glassy alloys. Also the thermal stability against crystallization of Fe(Co)-Nd-B glassy alloys is not improved by substitution of 2% elements TM(=Cr, V, Hf and Zr) for Fe and Co. The bulk glassy alloy with a diameter up to 1 mm is produced by copper mold casting. The saturation magnetization and coercive force of glassy Fe(Co)-Nd-M-B alloys are 1.13 to 1.19 T and 3.85~4.98 A·m-1, respectively.
