茜素黄R-TritonX-100体系测定铁的研究
Study on determination of iron in pyrite samples by Enhancement Effect of Alizarin yellow R-TritonX-100 system
【摘要】 研究了Fe3 + 与茜素黄R在TritonX - 10 0存在下的高灵敏显色反应 ,实验结果表明 :在TritonX - 10 0存在下 ,于pH9 0的KH2 PO4-NaOH缓冲介质中 ,Fe3 + 与茜素黄R形成摩尔比 1:3的配合物。其最大吸收波长为 5 10nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 6 2× 10 5L mol-1 cm-1,Fe3 + 含量在 0 0~ 1 6 μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律。
【Abstract】 A sensitive colour reaction of iron with alizarin yellow R in the presence of TritonX-100 was studied systemically in the paper. In KH 2PO 4-NaOH buffer medium of PH 9.0 and in the presence of TritonX-100, iron (Ⅲ)reacted with alizarin yellow R to form a stable complex that the molar ratio of iron (Ⅲ)to alizarin yellow R is 1∶3. The maximum absorptions of the complex is at 510nm, The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.62×10 5L.mol -1 .cm -1 for the complex. Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.0~1.6μg/mL for iron.
