洋葱液对离体蛙心心肌收缩力的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨洋葱液对离体蛙心心肌收缩力的影响。方法 :采用改进的斯氏蛙心插管法 ,在保持总剂量为 1.0ml的情况下 ,分别以不同剂量的洋葱液对离体蛙心脏进行灌流 ,经张力换能器、BL— 4 10智能生物信号显示与处理系统记录心肌的收缩活动。结果 :灌流同一浓度不同剂量的洋葱液时 ,小剂量的洋葱液 ( 0 .2ml)使心肌收缩迅速加强 ,达到一定程度再缓慢减弱。而大剂量的洋葱液 ( 0 .4、0 .6、0 .8、1.0ml)使心肌收缩迅速受到抑制 ,剂量越大抑制越强烈 ,对心率影响不明显。结论 :小剂量的洋葱液使心肌收缩加强 ,而大剂量的洋葱液使心肌收缩减弱 ,心率变化不大。

【Abstract】 Aim:To investigate the effects of Onion juice on the contratile force in deported frog’s heart cardiac muscles. Method : To adopt the intube method of which is invented by Straub, irritate and flow the onion juice of the same density different dosage in the case of keeping 1.0 ml dosage, write down the contratile activity of the cardiac muscle by tension transducer, BL-410 intelligence biological signal showed and the process system. Results : When irritating and flowing the onion juice of the same density different dosage : The little dosage’s onion juice (0.2 ml) enhances the cardiac muscle contraction rapidly, to some extent ,the contraction reduces slowly; The large dosage’s onion juice (0.4?0.6?0.8?1.0 ml) makes the cardiac muscle contraction suppress more rapidly. The more Dosage is the more strongly,it suppressed, then the cardiac muscle contraction is enhanced slowly. Conclusion : The little dosage’s onion juice enhances the cardiac muscle contraction, The large dosage’s onion juice makes the cardiac muscle contraction suppress,but the change of palpitation frequent is not obvious.
