复杂再制造系统的最优加工策略的分析
Analysis of the Optimal Processing Policy of Remanaufacturing System
【摘要】 利用排队理论,本文研究了一个拆展车间、一个加工车间以及一个组装车间组成的再制造系统.为了得到最优加工策略,我们讨论了产品B与产品A在再制造系统的平均流时间.进而得到结论:稳态下,再制造系统的最优加工策略是优先加工部件B的充分必要条件是系统满足规律.另外,利用数值算例得到:为了缩短再制造系统中的总的平均加权逗留时间,提高生产率,努力改进部件A2的加工工序会更有效.
【Abstract】 By queueing theories,we study a remanufacturing system which is composed of one disassemble shop, one processing shop and one assemble shop. The objective function is the total weighted average sojourn time. Under steady state, the optimal policy is to endow component B with higher priority if and only if the remanufacturing system satisfies the rule. In addition, by numerical example we conclude that improving on the working procedure of component A2 is very important in order to minimize the total weighted average sojourn time.
