【Abstract】 Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and the task-technology fit model (TTF), we analyze the behavioral factors that influence the enterprise ERP implementation, and build an integrated TAM/TTF model to explain and forecast the employee’s behaviors in the process of ERP acceptance.
