【Abstract】 A novel method is proposed to evaluate plant maintenance quantitatively. A evaluate criteria system, based on balanced scorecard、criteria sift and analytic hierarchy process, is established and an objective realize index, used to assess the realization of the objective in plant maintenance is devised to compose the method. By use of the evaluate criteria system and the objective realize index, the performance of plant maintenance can be evaluated quantitatively. A successful application of the method in a petrochemical enterprise verifies its validity.更多还原
