序批式生物膜法生物除磷的试验研究

【摘要】 采用组合纤维填料作为载体的序批式生物膜反应器进行了生物除磷的试验研究.结果表明,在生物除磷过程中,污水中的VFA总量与溶解磷的吸收量具有较好的相关关系,去除1mg溶解磷大约需要20mgVFA-COD;为获得稳定良好的生物除磷效果,COD负荷不能太高,否则过多的有机物进入好氧段将引起非聚磷菌的好氧异养微生物异常增殖,导致聚磷菌被洗出;同时COD负荷也不能太低,还要满足反应器中聚磷菌量能够实现净增长;磷的厌氧释放量和好氧吸收量具有良好的相关性,为提高除磷效率必须保证足够的厌氧磷释放量.图5,表1,参12.

【Abstract】 Experiments have been carried out with biological phosphorus removal in a sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) with a combined fiber as carrier. The results demonstrated a correlation between the volatile fatty acids and soluble phosphorus uptake in the biological phosphorus removal process and approximately 20 mg VFA-COD were required to remove 1 mg of soluble phosphorus. In order to achieve good and stable phosphorus removal over time, the total COD-loading rate should not be kept too high, or else the transmissions of high organic substance concentration from the anaerobic stage to the aerobic would lead to the proliferation of non-phosphorus accumulating aerobic heterotrophs, then phosphate accumulating organisms were wash out. The total COD-loading rate must at the same time be kept high enough to achieve a net growth of phosphate accumulating organisms in the reactor. Aerobic phosphorus removal versus anaerobic phosphorus release had good relativity. In order to enhance phosphorus removal the enough anaerobic phosphorus release must be guaranteed.5figs,1tabs,12refs.
