【Abstract】 This paper make analyses of the connotation, operation system and characteristics of MRPII and JIT. A comparison is made between the two methods from different points of view , especially in the advantages and disadvantages and the possibility and operation of the integration of the two .Then the paper presents the integration model of the two. Being a quick system, it can do the planning and controlling in the whole process of production and operation.
