【摘要】 针对风险投资项目评价决策的不确定性特点,从系统的角度出发,建立了风险投资项目综合评价决策的指标体系以及基于模糊数学理论、集值统计原理和层次分析法的风险投资项目综合评价决策模糊层次择优模型。与已有的评价方法相比,该模型将定性和定量指标综合考虑,具有实用性和有效性,有利于风险投资项目评价的综合决策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the incertitude specialty of venture capital items evaluation decision-making, and starting from the systematic angle, the synthesis evaluation target system for venture capital items is established. Furthermore, the comprehensive seeking optimum model of fuzzy and hierarchy for venture capital is established based on the fuzzy mathematics theory and setting value statistic principle and analysis of hierarchy process. Because the analysis model synthesis considers the qualitative and quantitative index compared with existing evaluation methodology, so it has utility and availability, and can be used to realize the synthesis decision-making for venture capital.更多还原
