【摘要】 在我国转型时期,权力寻租是较为常见的腐败现象,其成因有经济的、政治的和思想的因素。经济方面如政企不分、价格双轨制、经济特权等;政治方面如权力过分集中、监督机制缺失、法制不健全等;思想方面如特权思想、寻租者畸形心理等。为防范权力寻租,须在多维透析的基础上,推进体制创新,强化社会监督,加强法制建设,实施道德教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Power rent-seeking is a comparatively common corruption in China’s transformation period. Regarding the economic aspects there are the undivided politics and business, two-way price system and economic privilege; Regarding the political aspects, there are the over-centralized power, loss of supervision system and unsound legal system. Regarding the ideological aspects, there are privilege thinking and rent-seekers’ distorted psychology. Its causes of formation include economic, political and ideological factors.
