【Abstract】 The discussing result is influenced directly by expert’s evaluation to the schemes. The reliability of every expert and group is weighted by using extended entropy, when experts disagree to the (evaluation) result of schemes during discussing. The repetitive discussion is needed and thus prompting the thought of group tending to consistency gradually, when the reliability is below the standard level. The whole procedure reflects the combination thinking of man and computer.更多还原
