一种新的飞机作战效能评估方法

【摘要】 提出了一种较系统的战斗机作战效能评估框架,重点研究了飞行技术特性效能,使用技术特性效能、武器、火控和航电系统效能的评估与综合模型。根据飞机的设计参数评估飞行技术特性效能,可以解释造成效能差异的设计因素。使用技术特性效能评估模型考虑了飞机的无故障性、耐久性、维护性、安全性和生存性等特性。武器、火控和航空电子系统的效能在现有研究的基础上,针对目前武器装备的发展作了修改。应用该模型,给出了典型飞机作战效能的评估结果。

【Abstract】 A systematic assessment framework of fighting-effectiveness for military aircrafts is proposed, where as an emphasis, the effectiveness assessment models relative to flight technological characteristics, utilization technological characteristics, and weapon, fire control and avionic system respectively, as well as the synthesis of these effectivenesses are studied. The flight technological characteristics effectiveness is assessed according to design parameters of aircraft, which can pinpoint the design factors resulting in effectiveness difference. The assessment of utilization technological characteristics effectiveness considers such characteristics as non-failure, durability, maintainability, safety, and survivability. On the basis of existing research, the effectiveness assessment model of weapon, fire control and avionic system is improved to match the development of weapon equipments. Applying the models proposed in this paper, the effectiveness assessment results for typical fighters are presented.
