机电系统全寿命数值/物理模拟研究

【摘要】 重大机电产品全寿命研究具有广阔的工程背景和较高的经济效益,但传统的全寿命可靠性试验常造成资源浪费和环境污染.为使此类系统可靠性研究可持续发展,论文介绍了以小样本开发为目标,以GM(graymodel)数值模拟和VP(virtualprototype)物理模拟为手段的全寿命模拟研究方法,并通过某传动装置的可靠性设计实例说明物理模拟方法的可行性和有效性.两种方法交互验证可成为小子样复杂系统开发的重要途径.

【Abstract】 Although the research of whole life for large electromechanical products has wide engineering background and high profits, the traditional reliability tests of the whole life often result in resource waste and environmental pollution. To make the research of reliability for this kind of system sustainable, the GM (gray model) numerical simulation and the VP (virtual prototype) physical simulation approaches aiming at small samples exploitation are introduced in this article. At the same time, an example of gearing reliability design is applied to verifying the feasibility and effectivity of the VP physical simulation method. Then using both methods alternately can be an important approach to develop small sampling complex systems.
